Michael Ballew oversees the Enterprise Applications department and works across the organization to plan and implement new initiatives, analyze current initiatives, and develop reports to help the organization make the best possible decisions. Michael has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 15 years. He spent the last eight years developing, organizing, planning, and implementing operational and information technology projects. He is a U.S. Navy veteran, and his favorite part of this journey so far is being able to support and mentor people around him to achieve their career goals and watch them grow their skills inside and outside of the organization. During his career, Michael has held nearly every position within operations, from data entry to senior operations manager and understands that every position matters when working as part of a team to accomplish a common mission.
