Rob serves as Salesforce developer for PAN Foundation, where he is responsible for developing and enhancing the organization’s Salesforce CRM platform to support the patient journey. He has 8 years of experience in the implementation of a broad range of Salesforce solutions, and over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry in roles including technology support, contact center operations, and direct patient care.
Prior to joining PAN Foundation, Rob served as a technology consultant for clients including healthcare organizations, business process outsourcing providers, and non-profits.
Rob has bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from George Mason University.
