Jessica joined PAN in 2017 in the patient support services claims department. She served as Team Lead with her expertise and background in claims processing and customer service in a healthcare setting. Jessica graduated from Duquesne Mylan School of Pharmacy in 2014. She worked previously as a pharmacy manager for CVS after graduation and wanted to pursue other avenues within healthcare that had a more meaningful and positive impact on patient care. As a Clinical Affairs Specialist, Jessica works diligently to research potential areas of patient need for those who suffer from rare, chronic, or cancer diseases that put a high out-of-pocket cost burden on patients. She also is responsible for ensuring all of PAN’s disease funds are well maintained and in accordance with the most up-to-date clinical practice guidelines.
