Barbara works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to manage initiatives related to the Board of Directors, human resource administration and office administration. She has more than 25 years of experience working in nonprofit organizations in the areas of office administration, human resources and finance. Barbara previously held positions at the Outdoor Advertising Association of America and the American Clean Skies Foundation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
