Kristina works closely with Senior Director of Marketing & Communications and the and the Chief Diversity and Health Equity Officer, dually managing community engagement and health equity programs and initiatives. She works to embed diversity, equity and inclusion into PAN’s policies and practices and build a strong and cross cutting foundation of health equity across PAN’s pillars.
Prior to joining the PAN Foundation, Kristina served as the Program Officer for the Culture of Health Program at the National Academy of Medicine, where she worked with collaborative partners to identify strategies to advance racial and health equity through creating assessments to highlight strengths within communities. Kristina also worked as the Senior Program Manager, Reproductive and Maternal Health & Wellness at the Association of Maternal & Child Health Programs, where she managed the women’s health portfolio a series of projects and initiatives aimed at ensuring women, people who birth, their children, and families thrive.
Kristina holds a both a Master of Public Health degree in behavioral and community health sciences and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Pittsburgh.
