PAN submits comments to CMS on Medicare Advantage data collection to improve patient outcomes and advance health equity

In a letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the PAN Foundation recommends ways in which Medicare Advantage (MA) data collection and transparency can improve processes, including: 

1. Identifying and improving abuses of prior authorization  
2. Enhancing data collection to advance health equity 
3. Using MA prescription drug plans data to improve patient outcomes
