- Search below by disease name or prescription and check the eligibility criteria to see if you qualify for patient financial assistance.
- If you qualify and the fund is open, apply online 24/7, or by phone at 1-866-316-7263, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET. If your fund is closed, sign up for the wait list.
- You can also sign up for PAN’s FundFinder notification service to find out when your fund opens at several charitable organizations in the U.S.
