Tribute giving is a way to memorialize someone who is important to you by helping patients in need. PAN offers three ways to pay tribute to someone by: donating online, starting a fundraiser, or mailing your gift.
No matter how you choose to pay tribute to your loved one, please ensure to include:
- The name of the person your gift is in tribute to
- Where you would like your gift designated, otherwise we will gladly direct your gift where needed most
- If you would like your gift to remain anonymous
- The name and contact information of the person(s) you would like us to inform of your gift
