Gaytha Davis is an advocate and caregiver for her husband of 42 years, Michael. He receives support from the PAN Foundation. In 1993, she and Michael received recognition from the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, highlighting their commitment to making a positive impact in their community. Their dedication to volunteerism is rooted in their faith and belief that we are called to love and support one another.
She strongly believes that the call to caregiving is best described by former First Lady Rosalynn Carter when she said: “There are only four kinds of people in the world: those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers.”
