Kim Baich is a creative, results-driven executive with more than 20 years of experience as a bridge builder, collaborator, and innovator of programs and partnerships. As PAN’s Chief Diversity & Health Equity Officer, she is responsible for working across the organization to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and ensure a sense of belonging in all that we do. Kim is also responsible for implementing health equity principles across PAN’s policies, processes, and practices to ensure underrepresented patient populations have access to the care they need and deserve.
Kim joined PAN in 2023 as the organization’s first Chief Diversity & Healthy Equity Officer, focusing on the development, stewardship, and advancement of DEI initiatives at PAN.
She’s previously held positions in diversity, alternative dispute resolution, corporate social responsibility, public affairs and community engagement, corporate ethics and compliance, and program management across all sectors.
Kim holds a law degree from Widener University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Temple University.
