On November 9, 2024, the PAN Foundation hosted the Stronger Together: A Journey to Wellness Family Festival in Atlanta, GA.
This free community event focused on health, wellness, and connection, made possible through our collaboration with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Morehouse School of Medicine, and the Emory, Grady, and WellStar healthcare systems. The festival brought together hundreds of attendees, offering the chance to access valuable health resources and engage with over 50 local health organizations and wellness groups.
Attendees received free health screenings, participated in educational sessions, and received assistance with government programs like Medicaid and WIC. A standout moment of the day was distributing 10,000 pounds of fresh produce, helping families access healthy food at no cost.
This event was an important part of our ongoing effort to support the Atlanta community and ensure access to essential health resources. We are deeply grateful for the partnerships, volunteers, and community members who made this event a success.
