The PAN Foundation announces its 2025 Board of Directors

Today, the PAN Foundation—one of the nation’s leading healthcare advocacy and charitable patient assistance foundations—announced its 2025 Board of Directors, which provides governance, oversight, and strategic direction to the organization. In addition to welcoming two new board members, the PAN Foundation also announced its 2025 slate of board officers, which include:

  • Board Chair: James Dunlop, JD, MD – Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon, InterMed  
  • Board Vice Chair: Chase Bice – Partner, PwC US Business Advisory LLP 
  • Board Secretary: Mary Findley – Senior Director, Alvarez & Marsal Healthcare Industry Group (retired) 

The following new directors join the PAN Foundation Board of Directors in 2025:

  • Nicholas Larochelle, MD – Associate Chief Clinical Officer and Medical Director for the Acute & Inpatient Value Stream and Patient Access Value Stream, Concord Hospital System 
  • Anna McKean – Chief Executive Officer, Master Center for Addiction Medicine 
  • Winfred Parnell, MD – Associate Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (retired) 
  • Jon Sellman – Managing Director, Global Brand Management & Content, Citi 
  • Sarah Thomason, PharmD – Interim Chair and Professor of Pharmacy Practice, East Tennessee State University Gatton College of Pharmacy 
  • Elizabeth Wade, PharmD, CPPS, FASHP – Director of Medication Compliance, Quality, and Safety for Dartmouth Health  
  • Howard M. Weinberg, DO, FACC – Cardiologist, Virtua Health Cardiology, and Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine, Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine 

“I’m honored to once again serve as chair of this prestigious Board of Directors, alongside my colleagues,” said Board Chair Dr. James Dunlop. “This is a pivotal time for the PAN Foundation and I’m eager to see what we are able to accomplish together this year as we accelerate access to affordable, equitable healthcare through financial assistance, advocacy, and education.”

In addition, Wendy Bullington, PharmD of the Medical University of South Carolina and Nancy McGee, JD, MPH, DrPH of IQVIA completed six years of service on the Board effective December 31, 2024.
